About CP&P
CP&P, a non profit 501(3)c and was founded in 2016. Dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
Mission Statement
At CP&P we support individuals with DD in making connections to places and people that bring meaning to their lives. We understand that personal growth can only happen through the connections one has, thus we will strive to overcome roadblocks that so often prevent people with DD from assimilating into society with people of their choice.
Vision Statement
CP&P, in the spirit of cooperation, will strive to create a network with everyone in and out of the DD community for the benefit of the individuals served. This network will include: the community at large, individuals with DD, agencies and certified service providers, family and friends. By working cooperatively to assist any and all individuals with DD to engage in activities they enjoy and with people of their choosing.
