Our staff will meet with you to discuss your individuals needs.
From support to access places in your community, such as going to a game, the theater, join a bowling team, sky diving, the possibilities are endless.
Or do you want to learn a new skill; cooking, photography, quilting, computers, just to name a few, we can help.
At Connecting People & Places, we are committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. What are you passion about, what are your dreams? Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.

We provide a variety of programs and services including:
Join a league or club and have fun with new friends while exploring a new interest or enjoying your passion.
Clubs typically meet once a month and vary depending on the interest of participants and the availability of volunteers. Examples include: Photography, quilting, Anime, Pool league, Table games (Euchre, Bunco, etc).

Day and Weekend trips, Theater and Movie Nights, MudHens and Walleye games, Game Night, Cook outs, just to name a few.
